i was given ra# 021113vs493. i have yet to receive my refund. i wrote the company three times providing all necessary information including the ups shipping receipt. i phoned the company six times and emailed the company four times.
my return transction was well within their no risk 30 day money back guarantee. i incurred a return shipping charge of $47.58 . i could not be more upset with this company and their lack of response to my refund.
i will be submitting a complaint to their states attorney general if the refund is not recd. within 7 days of this posting.
